love and hate

An onsite meeting brought me back to Dortmund where I used to live for several years. I was never a soccer fan and can not understand how people can have that much affection for a bunch of professional, overpaid athletes that happen to wear the same uniform.

But what is completely beyond me is how some “fans” can develop that much hatred for a rival club 30km away.
